Mr. Nilesh Katarmal is the Founder and Chairman of Odhav Holding. With more than 20 years of experience in building and managing businesses, he has played a key role in shaping the Group’s growth, diversification, and long-term vision.

His journey in Guinea began in 2014, when he laid the foundation of Odhav Holding by establishing a 25,000-ton-per-year steel plant. What began with a clear vision, a committed team, and the determination to succeed has since grown into a diversified industrial group with interests across steel, pharmaceuticals, mining, and energy.

His leadership continues to guide the Group’s ambition to build industries that support long-term economic development, employment creation, and industrial growth in the countries where it operates.

Mr. Sanjay Tiwari

Director of Admin and Audit

Mr. Sanjay Tiwari serves as the Director of Admin & Audit of Odhav Holding. With more than 20 years of professional experience, he has been associated with the Group since its early foundation in 2014 and has played an important role in supporting its growth under the leadership of the Chairman.

Mr. Tiwari leads the Group’s governance, audit, and compliance function with independent authority across operations and finance. He also oversees management by working directly with the administration team. Reporting directly to the Chairman, his role is central to strengthening accountability, discipline, transparency, and internal control across the organization.

Mr. Debdut Roy

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Debdut Roy serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer, bringing over 29 years of international leadership experience in steel manufacturing, engineering and industrial projects, across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the GCC.

An M.Tech. Engineer with an MBA, Mr. Roy has held senior leadership positions with renowned organizations, including DS Group (India), BMW, Roofings Rolling Mills (Uganda), and AZST (Ukraine).

Mr. Binay Prasad Jaiswal

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Binay Prasad Jaiswal serves as the Chief Financial Officer of OMI Holding, bringing over 15 years of impactful experience across Manufacturing, Service, Infrastructure Projects, Construction, and Pharmaceuticals. A qualified CA and M.Com., he leads the Group’s financial strategy, managing planning, treasury, and capital allocation while advising the Board on key investments.

Throughout his career, Mr. Jaiswal has maintained a disciplined approach to financial stewardship, strengthening controls and driving efficiency across diverse sectors. His leadership is grounded in corporate governance, taxation, audit compliance, and long-term value creation. Through his commitment to financial transparency and strategic vision, he continues to play a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s stability, sustainable growth, and ongoing success.

Mr. Vivek Kumar Singh

Head – Human Resources

Vivek Kumar Singh leads the Human Resources function at Odhav Multi Industries, overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, and the people practices that enable organizational growth. He plays a key role in attracting capable professionals, strengthening employee engagement, and supporting a workplace culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
